NCS Tracks (CC BY 4.0)

Tracks marked as NCS (No Copyright Sound) are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This is the most permissive license on this site. You are free to use these tracks in any project, commercial or personal, worldwide, in perpetuity, royalty-free.

What you can do: Use NCS tracks in YouTube videos, Twitch streams, podcasts, Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, short films, advertisements, monetized content, and commercial projects. You can also remix, edit, or build upon the tracks.

Attribution requirement: You must credit the artist. The standard attribution line is:

Non-NCS Tracks (Personal Use License)

Tracks that are not marked NCS are copyrighted original works. Free MP3 downloads are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You can listen, download, and share these tracks privately. You may not redistribute them, use them in commercial projects, or claim them as your own work.

What you can do: Listen on your personal devices. Share links to the official track pages on abhishekchaudhary.com. Play at non-public, non-monetized gatherings.

What requires a commercial license: Use in monetized YouTube videos, commercial podcasts, paid advertising, film or television, streaming platforms, ringtones or alarms sold commercially, AI training datasets, or any redistribution.

Ownership & Rights

Abhishek Chaudhary holds 100% of the composition, lyrics, recording, and master rights on every track on this site. No labels, no publishers, no third-party claims. This site is the canonical source. Streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube) host the same music under their respective platform agreements.

The cover thumbnails on this site are placeholder and conceptual artwork sourced from Unsplash, the free stock photography platform. The real, official album art for the catalog lives on Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music alongside the master recordings.
