Music License & Usage Terms
Every song on this site is composed and written by Abhishek Chaudhary(also known as Abhishek Choudhary). The 50+ original catalogue (2013-2024) is also produced and performed by him — that includes the originals released under NCS / CC BY 4.0 for creator use. The 23+ reimagined tracks (2025-2026) are a separate body of work with AI-generated vocals and arrangement; see the reimagined-track AI disclosure below. Two license types apply depending on the track.
NCS Tracks (CC BY 4.0)
Tracks marked as NCS (No Copyright Sound) are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This is the most permissive license on this site. You are free to use these tracks in any project, commercial or personal, worldwide, in perpetuity, royalty-free.
What you can do: Use NCS tracks in YouTube videos, Twitch streams, podcasts, Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, short films, advertisements, monetized content, and commercial projects. You can also remix, edit, or build upon the tracks.
Attribution requirement: You must credit the artist. The standard attribution line is:

Non-NCS Tracks (Personal Use License)
Tracks that are not marked NCS are copyrighted original works. Free MP3 downloads are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You can listen, download, and share these tracks privately. You may not redistribute them, use them in commercial projects, or claim them as your own work.
What you can do: Listen on your personal devices. Share links to the official track pages on abhishekchaudhary.com. Play at non-public, non-monetized gatherings.
What requires a commercial license: Use in monetized YouTube videos, commercial podcasts, paid advertising, film or television, streaming platforms, ringtones or alarms sold commercially, AI training datasets, or any redistribution.

Reimagined Tracks — AI Disclosure
Scope of this disclosure: only the tracks marked as reimagined on this site fall under the AI provenance below. The original 50+ track catalogue released between 2013 and 2024 is human-performed throughout, no AI vocals anywhere — that includes the originals released as NCS / CC BY 4.0 (NCS describes the license, not the production method). Reimagined tracks are tagged reimagined in the catalogue and are filed under the Reimagined album.
The 23+ reimagined tracks released between 2025 and 2026 are a deliberately separate body of work. Each one was generated using Suno v5 cover mode, with Abhishek Chaudhary's original composition, lyrics, and a reference recording supplied as input. Most reimagined tracks use an existing released original as the reference; a few use a phone-recorded vocal demo of a song that never had a released original. Either way, Suno v5 then produced new male and female AI vocals over a refreshed AI arrangement built from that reference.
What is human (and Abhishek Chaudhary's): the composition, the lyrics, the original recording or demo (and any vocal stems) supplied as reference, the editorial decision to release the variant.
What is AI-generated: the new vocal performance (both male and female), the refreshed instrumental arrangement, and the final mix on the reimagined track.
The output is owned by Abhishek Chaudhary per Suno's commercial subscriber terms, which is why the reimagined tracks can be sublicensed under CC BY 4.0. The CC BY 4.0 license attaches specifically to the reimagined recordings; the underlying composition and lyrics are still Abhishek Chaudhary's original work and the credit you are giving back attaches to the song itself.
For the avoidance of doubt: a track is human-performed unless it carries the reimagined tag. NCS / CC BY 4.0 status is independent — some original human-performed tracks are also NCS-licensed for creator use. See the per-track page for each track's individual provenance.
Ownership & Rights
Abhishek Chaudhary holds 100% of the composition and lyrics on every track on this site. For the original 50+ catalog (2013-2024) he also holds the recording and master rights end-to-end. For the 23+ reimagined NCS tracks (2025-2026), the recording and master rights belong to Abhishek Chaudhary as the commercial subscriber who generated and released them via Suno v5 cover mode; see the AI disclosure above for the split between human and AI inputs. No labels, no publishers, no third-party claims on either body of work. This site is the canonical source. Streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube) host the original catalog under their respective platform agreements.
